• Shift / Schedule: MondayFriday core business hours; overtime as needed

Job Summary

This role is a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) in support of the Currency Factory for U.S. applications. A dedicated resource is required to support Currency Factory activities including oversight of currency uplifts (updating of applications and their infrastructure off of end-of-support tools infrastructure solutions) validation of TARAs and CGAs tracking control exceptions and ensuring applications meet standards and the scope of the Currency Factory. This role also provides critical reporting and visibility to the U.S. GR&C team enabling proactive identification of out-of-compliance assets and supporting overall portfolio alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Attending meetings / standups to identify scope of Currency Factory Work
• Working with application assigned BISO to review assessments TARAs and CGAs
• Update those assessments (working with BISO the BAO and TAO) to complete
• Ensure that project stays within defined scope of Currency Factory Work
• Report to both BISO teams and Currency Teams to keep both informed
• Participate in multiple meetings weekly with uplift projects with the Currency Factory Team and the US BISO Team
• Weekly tracker and reporting to be done to identify work completed concerns identified
• Track overall success of Currency Uplifts against reducing asset vulnerabilities control gap assessments and End of Life/Support concerns

Required Skills

• Information security experience minimum 5 years in Info Sec
• Archer tool experience (5 years)
• ServiceNow experience (3 years)
• Conducting risk assessments (3 years)
• Experience challenging 1B line of defense / Third Party Risk Activities (5 years)
• IT governance experience in information security and controls risk frameworks (5 years)
• Information Security Specialist experience (3 years)
• Risk technology framework knowledge
• Experience in a BISO role; ability to interact with other BISOs and conduct TARA reviews
• Issue management experience
• Time management skills
• Ability to work independently and be self-reliant and self-motivated

Preferred Skills

• CISSP or CISM or similar industry certification/training
• Experience in workforce identity access management and/or customer identity access management applications

Education Requirements

• Associate degree in technology or related field required

Required Experience

• 5 years of overall information security experience
• Experience in a BISO (Business Information Security Officer) role with focus on application currency and end-of-life/end-of-support infrastructure uplifts
• Experience with risk assessments including TARAs (Technology Asset Risk Assessments) and CGAs (Control Gap Assessments)

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Background with info sec experience with application currency focus
• Experience with workforce identity access management and customer identity access management applications
