Serving Falls Church, VA since 1960, Richards Heating & Air Conditioning Co. is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our residential installation team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive team performance, installation quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and safety while helping skilled technicians grow and succeed.
We’re looking for an HVAC installation expert who leads by example, holds high standards, and knows how to turn technical expertise into great results. You’ll balance people leadership, customer service, quality, and operational performance to keep every project running safely and efficiently. The starting salary for this position is $90,000 – 110,000. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the range provided.
